About Michelle
I've been with Paparazzi for 12 years now. I am an Impressionista. I am a six and seven figure Bling Boss many times over. I am Crown Club 75, Life of the Party black diamond, I have a team of almost 130,000 team members. I think some of my strengths as a leader has been showing them the way verses telling them. I think it's important for leaders to be the example. Walk the walk and show them how to achieve the goals they want. We also have a great team community, where we hope everyone feels valued, loved and included. We build leaders on our team, strong leaders! I also feel like I'm very relatable and my team knows they can come to me at any time. As a leader I've also been through all of Paparazzi's milestones as I've been here since the beginning. I've had to pivot and adjust to the different things we've gone through and I feel like that knowledge and experience has been very instrumental in teaching my team.

What do you love about Paparazzi Accessories?
I love the people it has brought into my life. My Bling It On team and my fabulous customers mean the world to me. I love being my own boss and that I go to work every day and absolutely love what I do! I love the fire that it sparks in me and the confidence I've found. I love the flexibility it gives me in my schedule. I can work my business around our busy lifestyle. I love that it takes me to places in the world I otherwise would have never gone. I love the financial freedom it gives us to not only help our family and give them experiences, but it also allows us to help others. I love the sweet kiddos at Ninos de Cristo who I wouldn't have in my life if not for Paparazzi. I love that my husband and I can do this together. I love that I'm a mom of 5 boys with insanely busy schedules and that I can be there for all the things! I love that I've built a thriving business and my kids don't think I have a job! I absolutely love what I do and grateful every day for Paparazzi!
